Our team explored a complete redesign of the Samsung TVs retail space at Best Buy. The vision is to convince buyers that Samsung is the undisputed leader in Premium TV. Our solution is that by providing a more engaging, simplified and personalized retail experience shoppers will be able to connect at a more deep level. 
Out of a Sci-Fi movie, this modern take of a retail space sets the stage for a futuristic approach to the next generation of TVs.
The back wall center drives attraction to the brand. Physically delineates product series for clear lanes as you shop. Allows shoppers to completely take over the back wall for empowering and educating experience. 
Shoppers are invited to take over control of the back wall via the touchpad control center and immerse themselves in the Samsung experience. Control center is positioned at a natural viewing distance from TVs for better evaluation. " Users will be greeted with a right-fit quiz to match them with the correct product series or allow them to shortcut into the experience based on how they want to shop: by what you watch, by screen size, by series, by space type or audio experience. Their Samsung series match will then highlight on the back wall via LED lighting.

Highlights innovation of unique Frame TV while showcasing in more recognizable at-home use-case. 
Allows for content exploration via demos, showcases bezel options and educates on smart capabilities. 

QLED & SOUND EXPERIENCE:
Highlights innovation of QLED 8K.
In addition to exploring Q-level visuals, shoppers can explore our audio showcase when you experience object tracking audio, symphony sound and more via soundbar comparison demos and real-life content.
