Kroger has launched EDGE Shelves, a shelving system that uses digital screens instead of paper tags to promote and inform customers about their different products. In this instance, Frito Lay commissioned an animated shelf-strip that promotes the variety of flavors that Lay's chips come in.

Captain Crunch also ahead of the game commissioned an animated shelf-strip to promote their cereal. In this case, I decided to start the animation by showcasing the packaging flying on the background and then introducing Mr. Cap'n Crunch that then transitions into a close up of the product. The idea is to showcase the brand and cereal in a whimsical and fun way that attracts shoppers
