This is a brand advocate program that focuses on recruiting customers in small communities. T-Mobile employed organic activations that increased brand awareness (sentiment) and conversions through local contacts, organizations, friends and acquaintances. The first TMUS town was Tybee Island, Georgia.

Primary focus of the invitation is to welcome T-Mobile customers to be a part of a Tybee Island customer appreciation event and Happy Hour. As a thank you for RSVPing the event, T-Mobile will also donate $100 to the organization of their choice. The invitation feels exclusive and has a high-end feel and is inspired by Tybee Island. It folds flat for mailing and contains removable information tabs in the back.

Collateral materials served as support during the event and created a welcoming and inclusive experience.
